The Hush Sales has started..Go Go Go!!

Hush Josie Jumpsuit was £75 now £50
Style Theory: As you know I am a huge fan of the online brand Hush, they are the go to website for comfy day to day pieces for us busy ladies but also have some stunning evening wear launched this Autumn Winter. I have literally lived in the Hush Eskimo Parka this Winter, very rarely do I do a schoolrun not wearing it. I also adore their comfy, slouchy knitwear and jersey pieces.

And now, a little later than the rest of the high street, Hush's sale has launched and here is my edit of my favourite pieces still in stock...
Josie Jumpsuit was £75 now £50
Josie Jumpsuit was £75 now £50
I completely love this jumpsuit, it is so flattering and easy to wear. It looks great with heels but with equally work just as well with trainers - a whole outfit in one! This will take you from the winter months to the summer, a definite must buy.
Lace up Dress was £65 now £40
Another easy, throw on piece, this would look fab now over leather leggings and with trainers and in the summer throw on with tan strappy flat sandals and a tan boho style bag..cool, current and so wearable.
Pandora Dress was £110 now £80
Definitely a jumper to invest in, I love a long sweater, it looks fab like the dress above over leather leggings or skinny jeans and trainers. Super luxe and so cosy, this is a classic that will not date.
Victoria Dress was £99 now £75
This is an incredibly flattering dress, especially if you have a bit of a tummy like me, it blouses over covering a tummy and skims over hips and bottom. This deep red colour will add a touch of colour to your Spring wardrobe, it looks great with navy, camel or pink.
Lucie Jumper was £85 now £65
The palest, almost crystal grey, this jumper will be a key basic in your wardrobe for the seasons to come.
Alyssia Shirt was £59 now £45
I have a navy shirt in my wardrobe that I bought years ago and it is continually my fail safe going out option, I wear it with my baggy distressed boyfriend jeans and heels and always feel dressed up in it with being overdressed, cool and feminine. I think I will have to buy this as a new update.
Etoile Jumper was £79 now £60
Not much stock left (only in xl) still one of my fave sweaters.

Cashmere Boyfriend Jumper was £185 now £130
The softest red colour, will look great now with jeans and in the summer with denim shorts and white pumps.

Jagger Jacket was £150 now £110
Eyecatching and completely cool, I love this bomber, it is a true statement jacket and needs very little styling just a tee, jeans and trainers..
Dream Fur Jacket was £200 now £160
My absolute fave faux fur jacket, completely over the top but so much fun, makes a statement and looks pretty cool with jeans..
These are very Chloe-esque without the huge price tag, wear with dresses, jeans and midi skirts.

So many gorgeous items to choose from but be quick stock is really limited!  The most easy wear brand out there, love it.

Are you a Hush fan have you bought items from their website, what is your favourite piece. As always I love hearing your thoughts and comments, until next time Fran xx

50% Off All Things Designer..Yes Please!!

Style Theory: I have always wanted to have a few designer items in my wardrobe and now I am 41 I have a managed to save up and buy a few treasured things. I stumbled across Very Exclusive a while ago when I was looking for a See By Chloe dress and was so glad I did! They are a little internet gem, a slightly unknown designer hub and have the most AH-Mazing sales. Everything is half price, none of this £10 off business so it is really worth investing now, here is my edit of the best sale items..
Needle and Thread was £125 now £87
Gorgeously pretty, a beautiful top that would look just as gorgeous now under a chunky cardigan with skinny jeans as in the summer with denim shorts and flat sandals.
Cocoa Cashmere was £175 now £87
Cocoa Cashmere is one of the softest brands of cashmere out there, I love this grey striped sweater, it will be perfect for now with skinny jeans and trainers for the school run and in the summer with denim shorts and white supergas.
Zoe Karssen was £90 now £54

The perfect 'fling on' sweater, a designer item but at the same price you would pay for a high street sweater, perfect for a laid back weekend look.

Mih jeans was £190 now £57
I am have been a long time devotee of MiH jeans when I can afford them, these would be perfect for the Spring/Summer and such a gorgeous colour of denim, a real bargain. Perfect with trainers, heels and sandals/Havianas in the summer.
J Brand Selena Jeans was £220 now £110
Another pair of jeans I have (and paid full price for..arggh) but have lived in them. These are the best jeans for keeping their shape and are the perfect ankle length for me (I am 5ft 3) I sized down two sizes in these as they do come up big but are without a doubt my 'go-to 'going out jeans. They are great as I can wear my trainers to get to the party then change onto my heels when I get there and both look great!
Joseph Cashmere Camel Coat was £795 now £477
A cashmere, camel coat will never go out of fashion, it is a wardrobe staple and this, although still hugely expensive, is an amazing reduction. Impeccably cut and with a red lining this looks like a coat fit for royalty and can be worn year after year and so easily dressed up or down.
Missoni was £645 now £248
I am officially obsessed with all things Missoni at the moment and this is the ultimate, Saturday Night Fever style 70s party dress, Wear off one shoulder and pair with gold sandals for a cool, retro party look. In the summer wear with flat, tan strappy sandals..perfection in a dress.
Whistles was £170 now £119

The most flattering dress, it covers the tops of the arms and skims over all lumps and bumps, I have this dress and love it!

Marc Jacobs was £345 now £207
The perfect work trousers, wear with a cashmere jumper or victoriana and low heels for a chic, sophisticated look.

Furla Bag was £540 now £324
I have this beautiful bag and completely love it, it is so eyecatching and makes the most dressed down outfit look dressed up. I clash it with my pink coat or wear it with my camel or Khaki coats, it is the kind of bag that goes with any colour and elevates any look.
See by Chloe was £410 now £287
The perfect, slouchy every day bag to sling over your shoulder, quietly stylish and chic.
Le Specs was £55 now £27
Le Specs sunglasses are like a cheap version of designer sunglasses, they look amazing on but dont cost the earth. I love a transparent frame on sunglasses, it means they don't dominate my face and look cool at the same time!

Supergas were £55 now £38
I bought these last summer and loved them, great with dresses and shorts, the platform sole is super flattering on my legs.
Terry De Havilland were £235 now £141

I have been stalking these shoes for a while, I love Terry De Havilland shoes, they are sooo flattering and look amazing on. I am going to a wedding early 2017 and my eye on these, the dress can come second!
Vivienne Westwood was £380 now £152

Beautifully chic and stylish with an edge..

Uggs Kristen were £150 now £90

Just because I am a secret Ugg wearer, I wear them a.lot., on the school run, shopping they are just like wearing slippers outside and are my guilty pleasure. This Kristen style looks pretty robust and not as slouchy as the originals.

So there is my edit, I have had to try very hard not to put it all in my virtual basket, but as it is my birthday in a week I think I may be able to request one or two!! I do love a designer bargain!!

Thanks for reading and as always I love to hear your thoughts and comments, until next time Fran and a very very Happy New Year!! xxxxxx

Boden's Amazing Mid Season Sale - Grab yourself a bargain quick...

Breton was £39.50 - now £29.70
Style Theory: The time to shop at Boden is now, with up to 40% off they have some fab pieces to add to your Autumn/Winter wardrobe, from bretons with a twist to the most beautiful pink coat I have seen in a while...go, go, go!

The perfect building blocks for your wardrobe....
Velvet Lace up Breton was £39.50 now £27.90
This is the most beautiful twist on the breton, I love the velvet lace detail. A perfect addition to jeans and trainers uniform, or dress up in the evening with boyfriend jeans and leopard print heels (love the ones below)
Supersoft jumper was £89.50 now £53.70
Because a grey jumper is such a useful piece to have in your wardrobe, pair with jeans and coloured trainers, with a pleated midi skirt and heels, or tailored trousers and heeled boots.
Abingdon Trench was £140 now £89.40
This is a good looking trench, quite Burberry-esque. A perfect shape that will not go out of fashion and can be worn year after year. Perfect for over jeans, equally as chic over an evening dress for an evening out, timeless and stylish.
Sally Coat was £130 now £97.30
If you are hankering after a pink coat this is a great one, more of a 'car coat' ie. great for Autumn and Spring but will not keep you super warm in the deepest darker winter. However, this is great for layering over a pale pink jumper or grey sweater/hoody or wear a dark red, slim, padded gilet underneath for added warmth. Pink is staying around for SS17 too so this coat is a keeper..
Hayley Shirt was £69.50 now £48.65
A beautiful colour combination, the perfect AW16 work shirt, pair with ankle length cigarette trousers and a pair of leopard print heels for work style with a fashion edge.
Button Jumper was £69.50 now £48.65
A breton jumper is again such a useful item, size up for the perfect cosy winter sweater, perfect for cold country walks then onto cosy pubs. Pair with skinny jeans and Hunter wellies for a cool look.
Lovely Jumper was £69.50 now £48.65
Slogan sweaters are easy items to wear, I would size up and wear slouchy with ankle length crop flared jeans and white stan smiths, easy and cool.
Baseball tee - was £24.50 now £19.60
Ever since my daughter was 1 and obsessed with High School Musical, yes, one and obsessed with the songs and dances from it, I have liked a baseball tee, Zac Efron looked good in his and if it is good enough for him it works for me!
Wave High Court was £100 now £87.20
These are stunning, having seen them in the flesh - Alex from The Frugality has them and they look amazing on her, so elegant. They are the perfect 'go with everything' shoes, they will be just as good for work as with boyfriend jeans for an evening out. If you are off to event they will go with any type of dress, definitely a pair of shoes worth investing in.
Abbey Bag was £150 now £95.40
Navy leather with tan details looks so expensive and great with a breton, jeans, trainers and a navy blazer - the basic combination but always a winner in my eyes.

Those are my favourite picks from the Boden sale, all basic building blocks for your Autumn/Winter wardrobe and all pretty interchangeable, just add a good pair of jeans (try H&M or Topshop) and a pair of trainers - I still love Stan Smiths or Golden Goose and you pretty much have a capsule wardrobe.

I am also going to order a few pieces for my kids, I love their tartan pull on trousers for Jack with a stripy top, and for Jess, the denim playsuit and the gold glittery trainers and stock up on pjs and slippers. I could go on forever buying the kids clothes from Boden because they really do last and wash so well, but they just grow so fast and don't get enough wear out of them I only buy them a couple of things I know they will wear non-stop.

Have you got your eye on anything in the Boden sale, does any of the above pieces appeal to you? As always I would love to hear your thoughts and comments, happy sales shopping, until next time Fran xxxxxx
